Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We accept return or exchange within 7 days from the day of delivery which must be supported by a proof of payment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, and without any visible damages due to wear and tear.

Exchanges and returns can be used against full refund or alternative items to the same value.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount* on your original payment method within 10 – 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

* VAT and original shipping cost will not be refunded.

REFUNDS – DAMAGES

We offer refunds on all merchandise damaged during delivery. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. Send us your complaint and photos within 24 hours after delivery on saltandclayliving@gmail.com 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All of our products are handmade by our artisans, each piece is unique and hand-made, variations in colours, visible joints or uneven surfaces are not considered faulty.
